About The Founders

C -suITe has been founded by Dr. Hussein Shehata, CEng, BA, PhD, PGDip, MASHRAE, MIET, MCIBSE, ATD, ATS and Mohammed Shehata, BEng, MSc., CEng, MIET whom are experts in the Mechanical and Electrical field for mission critical industries. Both Mohammed and Hussein have a track record of successfully setting up a profitable and global Critical Systems Engineering service line for an international IT firm. Their experience in start-ups started in Tokyo, Japan in 2004, and they managed to grow the team globally, and expand their client base to various countries around the world including but not limited to Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore, UAE, UK, US, and many more. During that period, they both created multiple tools to aid in selecting Data Centres, and also to provide Capacity Analysis.

Dr. Hussein Shehata, CEng, BA, PhD, PGDip, MASHRAE, MIET, MCIBSE, ATD, ATS

Dr. Shehata is a UK Chartered Engineer, that worked for a UK based Consultancy after spending over 3 years at Uptime Institute as EMEA Technical Director. During that period, Dr. Shehata has reviewed and certified over 50 projects globally (Tier Certification of Design Documents and Tier Certification for Constructed Facility). Dr. Shehata has also delivered training courses on 8 occasions globally in London, Singapore, India and Indonesia, with a roster of over 200 professional engineers and has also presented in multiple global conferences as well as a chair and panelist at Data Centre events. Hussein was Vice President & APAC DC Engineering, Architecture & Strategy Head at JP Morgan in Japan, where he led projects, BAU, and engineering support for Asia Pacific. He was nominated and achieved the JP Morgan firm wide Expert Engineers (E2) as well as the Global Cooling SME and Regional DC3.0 (next generation DC initiative). During that period, Hussein created and managed tools that were utilized for Capacity Management on 53 sites across 14 countries. He was also the lead for the Regional Hong Kong Data Centre build for JP Morgan. His position was unique, as he acted on behalf of the Technology team as an ambassador to the Real Estate and Facilities team. Prior to that, Hussein spent 4 years at a UK based Consultancy in Japan, where he co-founded the critical systems engineering team. Hussein started his career as a Researcher in Renewables & Energy Efficiency in the University of Nottingham, followed by 4 years as a Lecturer, delivering Master courses and supervising PhD students as well as operating as the Exams Officer for the School of Built Environment. During that period, Hussein completed a Post-Graduate Diploma in Teaching in Higher Education, with a focus on learning & teaching delivery to rosters of varying backgrounds, with the thesis and assessment carried out on Architects and Engineers.

Mohammed Shehata, BEng, MSc., CEng, MIET

Mohammed Shehata is a specialist in mission critical environments, with extensive global experience focused on data centres and trading floors. Mohammed has been instrumental in bridging the gap between the IT and building services disciplines to provide holistic solutions. Mohammed has spearheaded a number of projects for major trading floors and data centres. Working for blue-chip companies as well as government entities in numerous global locations from the APAC region through to the Americas and EMEA, he is recognised as a thought leader in the field. Coupled with his excellent engineering skill-sets, his business strategy advisory has helped numerous stakeholders with key investments of the magnitude of US$200M. Mohammed is a frequent speaker in technical conferences and is author to a vast range of articles and white papers. Mohammed is a Chartered Engineer and Member of the Institute of Engineering and Technology (MIET).


Head of Tokyo Office

Imtiaz Issadeen

Mr. Imtiaz Issadeen joins C-suITe Consulting to head up the Tokyo office. Imtiaz is a Senior Director and seasoned Data Centre Project Manager. Imtiaz is an outstanding individual with over thirty year experience working in management positions, including Infrastructure project management, mission critical facilities for major blue chip end-user and vendor organizations including several of the World’s leading Cloud Computing service providers. Imtiaz has worked in Asia and Australia for over thirty years including over twenty years in Japan and three years in Korea, leading to fluency in Japanese and Korean. Imtiaz brings the broad range of skills necessary for any data centre project. With over twenty-five-years’ experience in Data Centre design, engineering and project management Imtiaz Issadeen is clearly one of the most experienced Data Centre Project Managers in in the APEC region today. To date he has completed a total of over US$900million in construction projects. With a solid background in construction and information technology, Imtiaz offers a combination of skills with the best of both disciplines. He has experience in all aspects of Data Centre infrastructure, construction and fit out, working on both large and small projects in Tokyo, Hong Kong, Singapore and Korea. Most recently Imtiaz has been working on Data Centre projects for a multinational UK company in both Singapore and Hong Kong. He also headed a US$153 Million Greenfield Tier 4 Data Centre project near Tokyo as the Senior Project Director. He is well regarded and respected in the Data Centre and construction industry in the APEC. In recognition of his expertise, he was nominated to the Panel of Judges for Uptime Institute Ken Brill awards for the APEC region for three consecutive years. He is regularly invited to speak at technical seminars in Tokyo.
